All processes in our Istanbul production facility are managed through workflows defined within the ISO 9001 Quality Management System.

Clear Process Management from Order to Production

At Adellens, the ordering process is based on direct and regional communication with optical stores.

Optical shop owners place their orders by contacting the Adellens branch in their region.

• Stock lens orders are taken directly into the shipment process and dispatched at planned courier times when available.
• RX (prescription) lens orders are routed to the Adellens factory for production.
• This structure provides speed for stock products and full control and accuracy for prescription production.

Digital Production Infrastructure and CNC Process

RX orders that reach the factory are transferred to digital production systems before manufacturing.

Prescription data is converted by software into production data that CNC machines can process.

• The production process progresses fully automatically.
• Lenses are processed without direct handling.
• The risk of human error is minimized.
• Each order is manufactured based on the data entered into the system.

Precise RX Production with Free Form Technology

All RX lenses at Adellens are produced using Free Form (digital surfacing) technology.

With this technology, each lens is processed specifically according to prescription data and its surface geometry is digitally controlled.
